Plantation shutter design appointment expectations

Typically an appointment will  take about an hour depending on the number of windows that you are wanting  to be covered. Time allocated for  1-8 windows is approximately 1 hour.

Important! The persons(s) that are  in charge of making final decisions for the shutter selections need to be at the appointment.

Conroe Shutters is a mobile store. Hand samples will be brought to the appointment which include many different frame options, louver sizes and current available paint and stain options as well as an actual shutter sample so you can see the high end quality of the product that is sold. 

Window measurements will then be taken at the appointment and a quote will be given to you at that time. Installers may need to come out and for a final measure especially for very large, high or challenging shaped windows. A rep from Conroe Shutters will attend this measure appointment as well as the installation. All measurements are guaranteed.

After you have received your quote, it is time to place your order. Pay 1/2  of the order up front,  the other 1/2 is due at installation. Credit Cards, Check and ACH payments are accepted. Installation is included in the quote. 

Once the order goes into production, the current turn around time is running approximately 4-6 weeks. Once the product is completed you will be contacted to schedule an installation date.  Again, your sales rep will be at the installation to ensure that all products go in  beautifully.
